Product: omen obelisk 875-1010
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Starting tonight I have been unable to access the the omen command Center rewards tab. It is saying that I have another account linked to this device but I have never used any other account with hp.

If there is any way to resolve this it would be greatly appreciated.

The link that you posted is for a different hp rewards program. The program that I was talking about was the hp " omen command center" ( the one that is built in  the omen series that is use for overclocking ,seeing system vitals and ect). The issue that I was having has been resolved. Not sure what happened but the error message no long shows up which is strange becuase I didnt restart my computer or even the program. All I did was leave it open on the error screen. I also read the link for the other hp rewards program that you posted and I'm not sure if that would have helped at all becuase I didnt see anything related to login issues. That link was for explaining the whole rewards program. Either way thank you for your response and have a good day!
