Hp customer service won't pick up calls or reply emails

I have a Omen 16 Wd0770tx and it suddenly shut down while running absolutely fine. It was out of warranty and still i contacted hp for support and necessary repair of the laptop. first off in a Metropolitan City like Kolkata they have only a single outlet and That too very far disconnected.

Secondly I've tried calling them during work hours every number **bleep** landline and even personal numbers. None of them Call back or receive a call. 

I've mailed them like 5 or more times not a single reply back. I'm sorry but I've seen the worst ever customer service from Hp and didn't expect this. I'm still waiting on their response and Handle the situation.
