Hello,
I have a pc omen 15 ce020ns with a graphics card gtx 1050 4gb, and i bought a monitor 144hz but it appears jsute 60 hz

@RIDA05 , welcome to the forum.

 

I have looked at the Specifications for the laptop in several different places and can't find anywhere that it shows the video card supports 144 GHz Refresh Rate.  If you have seen this Refresh Rate advertised it would help to provide a link.
