I’ve owned it for about 2 months or so, it has a problem where it will randomly restart mostly in game it did once while watching YouTube, My specs are as follows : RTX 3070 ti, Ryzen 7 5800x, hp 80 plus gold 800 watts psu, 2x 8gb HyperX ram. I have started to also have a problem where sometimes my fps will drop to sub 20’s to 60s and even to 0 fps for prolonged minutes or so then go back to normal high fps, during one time this happened my cpu about 80C some days my pc restarts multiple times but some it doesn’t at all, I play the same games each days and some games don’t require much power usage from my components at all So how to fix restarting?

Sorry to hear that you are having problems ...
To help you I need to know the product number (p/n) of your computer!
You will find this information on the back/rear of your computer printed in small alphanumeric letters.
The product number (p/n) is legally allowed information, just about the computer model, no sensitive data.
It is allowed to post in public, no problem.

- An available BIOS update resolves a specific issue or improves computer performance.
- The current BIOS does not support a hardware component or a Windows upgrade.
