i am really devestated i bought a new graphics card and power supply and you guys do not support any of it. i spendt over 500 euroes on card and power supply please help me

Caution: The HP 690 series only has the Lincs or Sunflower motherboards.  Those units use proprietary PSU

I do not know the manufacturer PSU or card you bought.  Your too vague on the information,  but very quick to complain.  I am a volunteer (as LBB) seeking to assist with inquiries on HP product models.

PS<> All of this grief could have been avoided  IF you had asked first, or maybe just looked in side of the case?
