I Cant Open The Cmd Center

Hi, Hp I brought this new gaming desktop ( OMEN 880-50 ) and when i try to open the cmd center appears something related to Omen Command Center End User License Agreement and when i open to customize my desktop and see othert hings this is what the cmd center show. image.png

 

Im from Portugal so if you can help me i will be very grateful.

@Mendini, welcome back to the forum.

 

Did you look at the bottom of the User License to see if you can select Accept or some other terms?  If this isn't possible, here is the HP Software and Driver Download page for the computer.  Look at the section titled "Software - Solutions".  There you can reinstall HP Omen Command Center.

i Just download it again and open and the same thing higher : image.png

And the bottom : image.png

Is not nothing in the bottom can you please help ?

I have to admit that I have never seen this happen.  I have had several Omen desktops and laptops with Omen Command Center.

 

I will ask the appropriate person at HP to help you.

Thanks for reaching out to us on HP Forums.

 

I understand that you have an OMEN by HP Desktop PC - 880-050 and the Omen command center is not working. The license agreement comes up and there is no button to cancel or accept it. You have reinstalled the Omen command center and the issue persists.I appreciate your efforts in troubleshooting this issue and have certainly done a good job.

 

Let me know if you uninstalled the existing command center software before reinstalling it. If not then let us uninstall it completely from the PC. 

  1. In Windows, search for and openControl Panel. In Control Panel, locate Programs, then click Uninstall a program.

  2. In the Uninstall or change a program window, select the program you want to remove from the list and click Uninstall or Uninstall/Changeat the top of the program list.

  3. Read and respond to any messages that open while the software is being removed from your computer.

If the issue persists, please download the original version from the HP Recovery Manager: Click here for instructions.
