So I literally just ordered my new gaming pc, the hp pavilion rx5000, and when I plugged in the power cord, nothing happened. No lights, fan, noise, anything. Not even a light indicating it’s been plugged in.

And yes, I tried to press the power button. Still nothing. Just a dead computer

sorry, don't waste time

if it is plugged into a working socket, nothing happens when you start it, it is faulty

the computer must be in working order, return to the seller
