Subject: Verify Laptop Status and Warranty Date

Dear HP Support,

I bought an HP laptop recently, but the warranty start date shows about two months before my purchase. Could you please confirm if my laptop is new, refurbished, or pre-activated? Also, can the warranty date be updated to match my purchase?

Serial Number: 5CD425HJNG
Purchase Date: 9-oct-2024
