Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Every time I try and reset my pc it stops automatically or halfway and says, "There was a problem resetting your pc, No changes were made", and now my pc isn't updating I probably have something wrong with my computer, or a virus. I need help if anyone has solutions.

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use another PC, make a bootable W10 installation flash drive with the media creation tool from the link below and clean install W10.

 

Download Windows 10 (microsoft.com)

 

After W10 has completed installing, you can install the drivers and available software from your PC's support page.
