I can't turn the green LED off on the front of my HP Pavilion TG01-2170m CTO. Using the setting in the Omen Gaming Hub isn't working. Has anyone else had this problem? Is there a fix?

@oxfordcomma,

What you're saying is that when you open the Omen gaming hub program and click on the left bottom-side where it says: "Pavillion Gaming Desktop" then click "lighting" at the top and adjust the lighting, it doesn't work?

Kind Regards,

That is what I am saying, yes. Even after ensuring the Gaming Hub and my OS is fully updated, and a few restarts, it is still not working.

Please try this website and select your OS and OS version, then find BIOS F.15 to download and install.
