I have HP Omen 25L with mother broad HP 8704, Can I upgrade ram from 2133mhz to 3200mhz?

Hi, I have an HP Omen 25L computer, I bought an extra 32GB ram with 3200mhz. But my computer's memory speed is only 2133mhz, can I raise them up to 3200mhz? Is it too dangerous to upgrade them from 2133mhz to 3200mhz? Please can someone guide me on how to increase ram clock speed after upgrading to corsair vengeance DDR 3200MHz?

HP has their motherboards made to their specifications.  The memory that came installed in your motherboard is DDR4-2933.  HP does not add any Extreme Memory Profiles (XMP) to their BIOS/UEFI to allow you to overclock other memory: https://www.crucial.com/support/articles-faq-memory/what-is-xmp

Here is what it states at the end of the second paragraph in the article that I provided: "When you purchase XMP compatible memory, you must also pair it with an XMP compatible motherboard, and a CPU that will support the memory speeds. Typically XMP must be manually enabled in the BIOS settings."
