I have attempted to cintact HP numerous times, but gotten no response.

HP Recommended
HP OMEN X desktop
Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

A year and a half ago I recieved a Omen X pc. Upon being turned on the first time, it caught fire. I contacted hp support and was promised a new unit. It has neen more than a year and I never recieved it. I am out more than $4k.
