I laptop is not turning on even if it’s charged and i also pressed power button

My laptop is not turning on even if i press power button the light on the power button is on but the laptop is not turning on

I tried long press and all nothing worked and the product was bought just 1.2 years ago

Try as many troubleshooting tips as possible available at this HP Site.

Is your PC in warranty?

Mobile devices have an EC chip which controls a lot of stuff. So this chip or other components along the power rail controlling the initial power on may have problems.

It could be a different MB surface mount component unrelated to the EC chip. 

Your PC is probably going to need service performed by HP or a local Tech specializing in HP Laptops if you can't get the PC to POST.
