Product: Hp pavilion laptop 16

I’m in a loop where it says i need a administrator account to fix the problem, then to restart, then a error screen and back to the trouble shoot menu where i need a administrator account but it’s not letting me in to make one.

In that case it is not permitted to post instructions about locked password, bios password, windows password cause security measures.



According to the Community's Rules of Participation:
