@Will156,

Welcome to our HP User Forum!

Three long beeps followed by three short beeps when you power on your computer indicate a problem with graphics

A cursory look in AMD Ryzen 5 specs suggests to me that this AMD processor doesn't have integrated graphics.  In other words, you need a discrete graphics card for it to work. Try reseating your graphics card and disabling integrated graphics in BIOS.

Hope this was helpful.

@Will156,

My apologies: I had to cut my previous response short.

Let's troubleshoot this some more.  Please turn off your PC and remove your graphics card and remove your RAM as well. Clean out your PCIe x16 and RAM slots with compressed ('canned') air.  Reseat RAM and 'snap' into place gently but firmly.  Reseat your GPU.  If you have any other graphics card, please try that too in order to narrow down any chance there's something wrong with your RTX 3060.  Also, try out all video ports of your RTX 3060 during boot up.

Please let me know if this helped.

Kind Regards,
