I dont know if i can upgrade from a ryzen 5 4600g to a ryzen 5 5600x, can somebody tell me if its possible?

Hi

 

All TG01 AMD PCs use the Erica3  motherboard. Look in Processor upgrade information at this link

HP did not include BIOS support at the factory for AMD 5000 series CPUs. All MB manufacturers can only provide support for newer CPUs by updating the BIOS. The latest BIOS for your PC does not mention adding additional processor support in the "Fixes" section.

The only fixes are for Linux and TOCTOU https://resources.infosecinstitute.com/topic/race-condition-toctou-vulnerability-lab/ 

 

The probability of a 5600x being recognized by your PC's MB  is very low.
