HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)

There was a defect bleeding in my laptop so I decided to submit it to an hp authorised service center as my laptop is in warranty I submitted my laptop on 15th of June 2023 there is a man named akshay hp who communicated with me and delayed my work (replacing the screen)by 7 days he called me on 23rd of June 2023 and asked me to collect laptop and when I checked my screen refresh rate he installed a 60 hz refrest rate screen to my laptop al tough my laptop is hp pavilion with 144 hz of screen refresh rate and al tough my laptop is in warranty once you email me I can provide a copy of my bill pls try to solve my problem and he dident updated me that he have installed a 60hz refresh rate screen on my laptop and once I cross checked he asked me to visit submit my laptop again and visit service center after some days is my time not valuable here? And he I registered an issue with my windows and he asked me to pay 550 extra for my windows reinstallation pls try to solve my issue he is still having my laptop and delaying tha date today it's 26th of June and I submitted my laptop on 15th of June and the service center to which I have submitted my laptop adress :-[Personal Information Removed] and at last the man I have communicated works in this service center and I have met him personally while I visited service center
