I would like to upgrade my Graphic card and PSU

Hello I would like to upgrade my video card mini-version NVIDIA GTX 1060 3GB with NVIDIA GTX 1070 8GB https://www.mikescomputershop.com/product/8758623 and also I would like replace my PSU with https://www.mikescomputershop.com/product/8409080 is that possible? Is the size of my PC an issue?

Here is a link to the same card, but it has more information (See the Specifications tab), such as, the card requires a power supply unit (PSU) with at least 500W.  Also, it requires 1 x 8-pin power connector.  For this reason, I suggest that you buy a PSU with at least 700W to assure that there is enough power for peak needs.  Most newer PSU's have at least one 8-pin power connector --- normally 6+2).  The one in your link has a 6+2-pin power connector.  You won't damage the system by having 700W.  The computer will only use as much power as is required to run properly.

Yes, this means that you can replace the PSU.  You should measure the existing PSU and compare those measurements to the one that you choose to assure that it will fit into the space.  It should be a standard ATX PSU.
