Dear HP Support Team,

 

I am writing this with a heavy heart and a deep sense of disappointment.

 

Just 10–15 days ago, I purchased an HP laptop powered by Ryzen 9 and RTX 4070 — a configuration I trusted, a brand my parents trusted. We spent over ₹1.12 lakhs on this machine. For us, this wasn’t just a purchase. It was years of hard work, saving every possible rupee, and sacrificing countless comforts. It was a leap of faith, powered by hope.

 

And today, that hope has crashed — quite literally.

 

Soon after purchase, the laptop began hanging heavily and ultimately displayed a blue screen. Today, during an important masterclass workshop — one I was supposed to attend and actively contribute to — the machine refused to even boot. It crashed repeatedly. Over and over again. I was helpless, humiliated, and heartbroken. What is the point of spending this much on a laptop if it can’t even handle the purpose it was bought for?

 

This isn’t a technical glitch — this is a breach of trust. A product of this caliber, marketed for performance, is expected to be reliable. I cannot afford another laptop. This was it. Our only shot. And now it’s failing us right when I need it the most — at a crucial phase of my college and career.

 

I am not just asking for support. I am pleading for accountability.

 

I request a full product replacement — not repair, not a patch-up — a complete replacement of the unit. I believe this is the least that can be done under such circumstances.

 

Please escalate this to the highest authority. I expect your immediate intervention and resolution. Every passing day is a loss for me — academically, emotionally, and financially.

 

Hoping that HP will stand by the values it promises to customers.

I suggest performing an extensive system test from the UEFI (outside the OS). For guidance, please refer to the website provided.

Additional Information Needed:

Please let me know if the issue occurs when the system is connected to power or when running on battery.

Which specific application(s) trigger the issue? Does it happen even when the system is idle, or only during the use of certain applications?

Kindly share the model name and serial number of the device through a private message for further investigation.
