Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Hi I am selling my sons PC and a possible buyer wants to know if the RAM can be doubled. It's currently 8GB. Not being a PC expert, can anyone please confirm if this is possible and how I can access inside to check?

it is indicated from the page you gave

so either it is not this model, or there is a problem somewhere, 8 gb is missing
