After reviewing all of the specifications of the video card and the Omen X, I believe that it should work. Here is the Hardware Reference Guide for the computer. In Chapter 2, Hardware upgrades, Page 33, it shows diagrams of how to install a radiator bracket for liquid cooling. If this is the video card that you want to buy, the power supply unit (PSU) will have to be upgraded, also. It requires a PSU with at least 650W with 1 x 8-pin and 1 x 6-pin power connectors. The PSU in your computer is only 600W.
Note: You should look at the "Specifications" tab in the link that I provided to the video card. It gives the length of the card as 10.55". You should measure to assure that it will fit properly. If the card in my link is not the correct card, please furnish a link to the one you chose.
