Hello!

 

I was planning on upgrading and installing a fan in my HP Envy TE02-0xxx computer as it runs a little hot when even at around 80% power draw. I have to manually set the fan curve to max while playing something. I'd like to install another at the top to alleviate this. I found this guide to install a 120mm top fan on HP's website here but I'm not too experienced with upgrading components inside so far, I was just wondering if anyone could help with small questions 🙂

 

Would this fan be compatible with the bracket up top? I understand Noctua is compatible with many but I'd just like to be sure. 

Also in the guide near the end, is there a four-pin available on the board if never upgraded/opened?
