On bootup, get black screen with blue error box. “Invalid or missing product information “. This happened after I rest the computer from the files and it was working before I reset it perfectly fine

You may have tampered with the motherboard information.

You might see this message after the system board is replaced. The message indicates that the serial number was not entered, or was entered incorrectly, after replacing the system board or other components. To resolve this issue, contact HP.
