Firstly, I have already upgraded my graphics card to a Radeon RX550 Series and the power supply to a Corsair CP-9020101-UK CX450M 450 W 80+ Bronze Certified ATX Power Supply Unit.

I am relatively new to building and I was wondering would this be compatible with my current HP Pavillion 550-252na desktop with the already upgraded parts?
Furthermore, how much of a difference to performance would there be from my current CPU which is Intel (R) Core(TM) i5-6400 CPU @ 2.70 GHz?
I mostly play fast-paced fps games such as CSGO and Overwatch so I am looking to get as high fps as possible.
