i had a bioes problem and i fixed it useing a recovery USB Than I Coudent Install An UpDate So I Factory Reset it and now it will show the hp welcome but when it gets to the blue screen it restarts Footage Of It Happening https://youtu.be/n0OCIhCl4nI
