I believe you are talking about the following machine which is HP Pavilion Gaming - TG01-1167c:

            https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06696086

Anyway, if not the same one, they should be have very close specs. Its motherboard has following ports at the back

  • (1) RJ-45 Ethernet port
  • (1) HDMI 1.4b/HDCP 2.2 port
  • (1) VGA port
  • (3) Audio ports
  • (4) USB 2.0 Type-A ports
  • (1) Power input port

The HDMI port supports 4K monitors as shown

          https://www.hdmi.org/spec/hdmi1_4b

Updated: Sorry, it has NVIDIA® GeForce® GTX 1660 SUPER™ card therefore the HDMI port of the motherboard is disabled. The card specs is

              https://www.nvidia.com/en-au/geforce/graphics-cards/gtx-1660-super/

which shows it has Maximum Digital Resolution(1): 7680x4320@120Hz,

Regards.
