(Pardon the erroneous grammar)I’m writing this because I need to ease my anxious mind, I purchased an Omen Oblisk desktop with custom specs around April 23rd, now prior till making purchase I was well aware that these orders might be subject to delays and various other problems due to a variety of reasons especially with covid-19 still at large, so I was prepared to be patient, however it’s now may 29th and my order status screen still says processing and I can’t help but worry because as a customer I invested a healthy sum of money into this! I do want to say around maybe April 27th or April 29th the status changed from processing to assembly for one day and then it reverted back to processing, I received no email regarding my desktop since, except for one regarding a panel for my desktops tower.
