If you read the Processor upgrade information and Memory upgrade information in the HP link that you provided you will see that the computer can't be upgraded any further in those areas. However, I believe that you could upgrade the power supply unit (PSU) and the video card. The PCI Express x16 appears to be first generation. While the newer generation cards are backward compatible you will not get the maximum performance they can provide. If you decide to buy the computer you should measure the PSU to assure that the new one will fit into the space provided. Not all PSU's are the same size. The same goes for the video card. Measure from the Back I/O ports to the front of the case to see how much room there is for the card.
I would say overall it is a good buy. It is just simply not a gaming machine, in my opinion.
