Its showing critical error when press start button

My laptop was purchased a few days ago now it says critical error and to signout every time i press any button or start button

@Sonali00 Is that an error that appears on a blue screen? When was the last time it worked without these issues?

Could you share an image of the error message to understand the issue better?
