This sounds like you may have received a faulty BIOS update from HP Support Assistant or Windows Update. You have no video output and no USB function. 

 

The fix is not going to be easy if this is your situation.

 

Try BIOS recovery options at this Site.

 

A "no go" using options at the above site means you may need to contact HP Support or have a local PC tech reprogram the BIOS.
