Product: OMEN Laptop - 17-cb1070nr
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

Laptop boots up but stays in a black screen unless it’s only doing a bios update or advanced repair and on an external monitor. My laptop was working just fine, but I was doing an update for Razer I believe on the laptop itself. It restarted and then after that it wouldn’t boot up properly. The fans work, the led’s work but it will not display at all on the laptop monitor or external monitor unless doing a bios update, diagnostics or advanced repair. I tried factory resetting and deleting the update but nothing worked. It’s been around 4 days or so.
