Product: HP Pavilion 15.6 inch Gaming Laptop PC 15-ec2000 (2P6B3AV)
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11
- Few weeks back when I connected my laptop to adapter (charger), it wasn't charging. The LED near charging socket wasn't glowing, the battery bar wasn't indicating charging. So I checked everything - loose connections, tried different sockets, tried my friends adapter who has same laptop model but nothing worked.
- But when I tried one of the socket which was away from the ones I tried earlier laptop started charging. The fault was in the sockets through which I earlier used to charge, as no other appliances were working with those sockets.
- After about 15 days i.e today the same problem occurred. Laptop isn't charging and I tried all the sockets and they are working fine. I don't think this time there is any issue with sockets.
- What might be the issue and what should I do now? I think because of earlier incidence there might have arised some problem with battery or adapter.
