My laptop has the following problem: After charging, the battery looks 99 percent if I disconnect the charging plug stops?

Hello @Mircea77

Looks like you may have to contact HP Support for a warranty issue, assuming you are still under warranty.

Before you do, plug the charger back in and press the power button. Immediately and rapidly tap the F2 key until the HP UEFI Diagnostics menu appears.

Go to Component Tests and down to Power. Run the tests for Battery and see if it shows any errors.

Does it give any errors? If so, be sure to report that when you contact HP Support.
