I purchased an HP Victims laptop in January 2024. And my laptop stopped working on 26 July 2024. I contacted HP technical support and the generate service order on 27 July. Then they generate a new service order number on August 19. They are not giving my laptop back. They also do not provide any replacement or full refund of the laptop. They are just extending delivery dates. I am a college-going student. I need my laptop. But they are not given. My laptop is in Warren. It took more than 2 months. Please help me
