So I was just using my laptop normally until it suddenly just turned off out of nowhere. I'm not sure if I heard right but I think I heard a click sound happen right as the laptop shut down, is there any solutions where I don't have to open the laptop to fix it, if not just tell me what to do if I have to open it, just so you know, when plugin the charger in, the light turns on, but the laptop refuses to boot up and Ive tried all the reset methods I know or have seen. I'm new to this kind of stuff so anyone's help is greatly appreciated

Edit:I realized that the light indicator for charging is blinking as well

Greetings @GoofyFella

Welcome to the HP Forum.

What you have described sounds like a possible MB: power rail issue or component failure.

You're probably going to need HP Warranty service if your PC is in warranty. HP would probably replace the MB if your PC has a MB problem.

Or you would have to find a local qualified PC Electronics Tech.

Have you tried to start the PC without the AC power brick?

You could then try removing the Lithium-ion battery to reset CMOS but that's about all I can think of.

Try to start the PC using AC power without the battery installed.

There would be no other reason I can think of for you to disassemble the Laptop.

Regards
