Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (32-bit)

I just purchased a Hp 30L Omen and want to if it would handle having a with the fan size of 120mm?

CORSAIR - Hydro Series H100i RGB Platinum 240mm Radiator CPU Liquid Cooling System with RGB Lighting

No you cant install anything over 120mm AIO, the 240 will not fit unless you are willing to hardware mode the case or move all the internals to another case.
