Omen 30l GT13-0836no
Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Hi, I just bought new Omen 30L GT13-0836no and I think the top fan over CPU is making strange sound. I can see that it looks like its little bit loose and it does not stay even when its moving. You can see it in video 1. Second video shows how it moves about 5 mm up and down if you push it gently.

Is this normal?

If not, should I contact HP or the store where I bought this? Do you know if only the fan can be switched and not the total water cooling system?

Thanks for all the help.

Yes this is completely normal, every fan will have a little bit of wiggle room, as it is "floating" in the middle of ball bearings, or fluid, or magnets, depending on the fan type.
