The specs of your machine is

       https://support.hp.com/au-en/document/c06124756

It has TWO physical drives

  • M.2 Solid State128 GB PCIe NVMe TLC
  • 1 TB

You can move user files/data to 1TB drive and keep Windows and programs on 128GB drive using

               https://pureinfotech.com/change-default-save-locations-windows-11/

You can also replace existing  M.2 Solid State128 GB PCIe NVMe TLC using 1TB or 2TB of standard M.2 NVMe drives on market today such as  https://www.samsung.com/au/memory-storage/nvme-ssd/970-evo-nvme-m-2-ssd-1tb-mz-v7e1t0bw/

Regards.
