@999Ju1ian, Welcome to HP Support Community,

Thank you for posting your query; I’m here to help by guiding you through steps to resolve this issue

If your OMEN by HP 25L Gaming Desktop PC GT15-1000i is not turning on, you can follow the steps below to troubleshoot the issue:

Ensure Power Supply:

  • Ensure that the power cord is firmly plugged into the computer and the wall socket.
  • Check if the power outlet is working by plugging in another device.

Check Power Button:

  • Make sure you are pressing the correct power button on your computer.

Check for LED Indicators:

  • Look for any LED lights on your computer. If the power supply has an LED indicator, see if it is illuminated.

Perform a Hard Reset:

  • Disconnect all peripheral devices and unplug the power cord.
  • Press and hold the power button for at least 15 seconds to clear any residual electrical charge.
  • Reconnect the power cord and try turning on the computer.

Verify the Power Supply Unit (PSU):

  • Ensure the PSU switch (if available) is set to the "On" position.
  • Check if the PSU fan is spinning when you press the power button.

Inspect Internal Connections:

  • Open the case (if you are comfortable doing so) and check all internal connections, including power supply connectors, RAM, graphics card, and other components.

Check Monitor Connection:

  • Ensure the monitor is properly connected to the computer and switched on.
  • Try using a different monitor or cable to rule out the possibility of a display issue.

BIOS Update:

  • Make sure your BIOS is up to date. You can find instructions on how to update your BIOS.

I hope this helps.

Please feel free to reply here if you have any questions or if you need further clarification on any of the steps.

Take care and have a good day.
