Operating System: Microsoft Windows 11

Please help I can't run my PC I downloaded a file and someone took over my PC so I deleted everything and something said did I wanna continue with the malware and I clicked on it now it says device not booted please help🙁

Hi:

 

The only suggestion I can offer would be to use the HP cloud recovery tool which you can use to create a bootable USB recovery drive that will reinstall Windows, the drivers and the software that originally came with the PC.

 

Here is an info link for how to use the utility:  You will need a 32 GB USB flash drive to create the recovery media with.

 

HP Consumer PCs - Using the HP Cloud Recovery Tool in Windows 11 and 10 | HP® Customer Support

 

Since you have to use another PC to install the tool on, you will need to enter the product number for your PC to create the recovery media, which is:   6YR56AA#ABA
