will a msi b150 m3 gaming motherbord work with the factory i5 7400 cpu i have one i need to fix the socket there are a few bent pins

@Shootout7 , welcome to the forum.

 

I believe that the i5-7400 in your computer is no different than the retail version.  Therefore, it should work in the MSI motherboard, if I understand you question correctly.
