I bought a HP X27c FHD Gaming Monitor at 16/12/2021 online by the seller scorptec on ebay Australia.After that, i bring it back to my country Việt Nam. However, while playing game it randomly broken ( panel problem). I bring it to HP Việt Nam and they check the [Personal Information Removed] still active until 2025. Unfortunately, because i dont have the invoice ( buy online) so they refuse to guarantee the monitor. So i want hp Australia to write a letter to let hp Việt Nam help me with this case.

Moreover, the seller scorptec have no inventory available in my location as well as on ebay so i cant contact the seller to ask for help 2. Pls if any1 know how to deal with my case leave a cmt bellows. Tks for ur understanding n consideration!

Are you sure it has more than 1 year warranty ? Where did you get the information ? Scorptec always sends invoice to your email address, please check your inbox.
