Product: HP Omen 27i
Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)
Hi, I have had my Omen 27i for about a year and a half now, and had just moved from one apartment to another. The entire time before this, the monitor worked perfectly fine, but now it’s not turning on anymore. The light at the bottom right of the monitor is not lighting up at all, and I cannot hit the power button as it does nothing.
There is an indicator on the back where the power cable goes into, which does in fact light up whenever it is plugged in and into an outlet. So this show me that the monitor definitely detects the power source and is receiving it, but I can’t get it to power on.
I’ve tried plugging it into different outlets and nothing changes.
