Product: 24ea display monitor

It was in and working, when I came back into the room it was black and now it won’t power on. Manufacture date is July 2020 it shouldn’t be bad already.

@Padilla1109 , welcome to the Community.

 

This is a difficult problem to troubleshoot since your monitor is the problem.  The best thing to do is check to assure the connections to the computer and monitor are tight.  If so, you should try another cable.  If neither of these works, you may have to take it to a reputable computer shop to be tested.
