i want a new motherboard in my omen x 900-003 and i wonder IF you guys know what size i need it to be? IF you have a tip pls let me know

Actually you are missing the two letters on the end of your model number.
But I think we are OK as it looks like all versions of the Omen x 900-003 use the same Munich-S mobo which is uATX ( Micro ATX ).

Do you know how big motherboard i can have or can i only have 24x24 cm. I rly want an i9 and a rtx 2080, if anyone have a suggestion on a mother board pls help me

The case only has standoffs for the Micro ATX form factor.
As far as what motherboard to buy, only you can do your homework.
I wont offer what to buy for that here on the HP Forum.
Compare the features you want vs the cost and then make your decision.
