Product: Victus by HP Gaming Laptop 15-fa0000 (680A2AV)

My laptop when gaming at high graphics has begun lagging severely. It was fine the day before this, no issues were apparent, and nothing seems to have changed with my laptop, it has just started lagging. I can play at low graphics, but I'm scared that will only be a temporary fix and want to get the issue solved. Is there anything I can do? (For example, I cannot play roblox at max graphics w/o lag, but I was able to yesterday. I also cannot play hollow knight or ultrakill on normal graphics settings without lag now, and both worked before this started happening.)

I have 444 GB of storage used out of the 475 GB available on my laptop, so I think that might be a part of the issue but I'm still not entirely sure why it would just randomly start now.
