Hello,

 

When I play Free Cell and win games, when I go back the system shows a loss when I did NOT lose a game!  

 

I never save my continued games.  Is this the problem?  Also I tried chatting with an agent but nothing happened when I clicked on the link to do this.

Here is a link to Microsoft's Customer Support for the game.  I was unable to find any other information and there is no phone number.
