My HP Gaming Desktop OMEN is not working, it is constantly saying no signal and Windows 10 update.

Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

I have had my pc since Christmas and it was working until February 26. I turned it on in the morning, it said no signal and windows 10 update. What do I do?
