When my HP OMEN 25L Desktop computer goes to sleep, it is not waking back up. I have to unplug the computer from the wall and plug it back in to reboot. I purchased this computer on Sept. 11th, 2021 and it was delivered to me on October 6, 2021. How do I resolve this problem? When these computers are custom-built, aren't they tested before they are shipped?

@Synenergy , welcome to the Community.
This is not a hardware problem! This is no doubt caused by a glitch in Windows. I suggest going into the Power settings and set everything to Never and reboot. Then, wait for awhile and change the settings back to the way you want them.
