Operating System: Microsoft Windows 10 (64-bit)

Ok, so this morning I turned on my desktop lights are on and the mouse light is off, which I found odd, then my monitors also aren't working. Pls help.

Did you try to restart your computer manually with the power button and have you replugged everything that seems to be not working?

Retrace your steps from the previous day. Is there anything that you could have done to your pc that could have caused this? If not then I would take a look inside the pc and see if anything has come loose within the wiring. If you have spare keyboards and mice then I would try to test those and see if it could be a problem with your equipment.

Have looked inside, doesnt look like anything is loose. Used different mouse, same result.
